LFN Scalability

Still in draft stage but discussions are ongoing with respect to how new projects are brought into LFN and how LFN can scale.
Also under discussions on how efficiencies can be made with respect to projects.

Releases

Magnesium SR2 checklist.... Several issues described by Jamo Luhrsen List of possible blockers... Only NETCONF scale issue is a real blocker, Jira ticket will be filed and based on that, we can decide on next steps via email
Aluminum checklist... code freeze scheduled 03 Aug 2020 but there is still some Test issues pending... INTTEST-100 and INTTEST-119
Sodium SR4 checklist ... code freeze scheduled.. 17 Aug 2020 but we could accelerate this, pick AR 460 as RC and communicate to all projects that want to add last min fixes to Sodium..
