• Aluminum SR2... Rescheduled for 14 Jan 2021 and here is the checklist

Infra

• AWS S3 Log shipping has been enabled on ODL Jenkins to ship logs to AWS S3 buckets. This feature is enabled for ODL Jenkins prod/sandbox.
• AWS S3 bucket for ODL logs:  https://s3-logs.opendaylight.org
• ex: openstack cron job logs: https://s3-logs.opendaylight.org/logs/releng/vex-yul-odl-jenkins-1/builder-openstack-cron/32255/
• Nexus2 logs will be turned off Jan 2021, all jobs logs will be pushed to AWS S3 bucket thereafter.
• Logs on the existing Nexus2 logs server will be available to reference existing job logs until end of June 2021 and then decommissioned.
• All job logs will continue to remain for 6 month period and then be purged through the cleanup jobs.

Getting started documentation

• Guillaume Lambert started work on an updated Getting Started Guide.  Does not currently have committer privileges. 
• Luis Gomez will propose Guillaume as a committer for the Documentation project.
• Casey Cain proposed that we use the 2021 Intern to support a "directors test" of the documentation.  Identify issues and update the getting started guid.
