Platform API Changes

• Jeff Hartley talked about examples of how to handle or anticipate "Breaking Changes".
• There needs to be a more conversation around this topic. There was not enough time during the meeting this meeting and will be discussed further.

Releases

• Sodium SR3 code freeze will still happen on 25 May 2020  so Anil Belur and I will send an announcement after that
