Release

Magnesium. The following patches need to be reviewed and merged but it looks like releasing by deadline should be doable
Aluminum.
- Release schedule checklist to be tracked in confluence and fully described in documentation
- Service Release reduction proposal will not be considered at this time.
- Instead, release schedule timelines will be strictly be enforced, as described in the documentation. Daniel De La Rosawill be posting update Aluminum schedule this week
