Release

Sulfur SR3 has been approved and Anil Belur will publish the released artifacts to nexus. Once that is done, we can move forward since transport pce is ready to release the distribution
Chlorine SR1 is still in progress, Gilles Thouenon is still trying to release transport pce as a managed project so we will see if it can be resolved next week.

Lists will be notified on the maintenance, only CLM jobs will be unavailable during this time. The rest of the services would not be impacted.
