Confluence Page Organization
- Key question is whether there is an automated tool to migrate old wiki pages to Confluence so that Projects can easily migrate.
Mailing List Mapping Proposal
- General consensus seems to shrink the project's mailing lists groups to be as project categories. Abhijit Kumbharewill start a vote on this over the mailing list.
- The current suggested mapping is Kernel projects to:
- kernel-dev (all kernel Projects)
- app-dev (all Support, App, and Protocol Projects w/ some exceptions)
- Documentation, Marketing, Security, Discuss, Release, TSC, Dev and Integration lists would remain.
- General agreement to this proposal. Abhijit Kumbhare will start a vote for this resolution.
- The current suggested mapping is Kernel projects to:
ONES CFP
- The CFP is now open - please submit your proposals.
DDF Dates
- We need to agree on which Developer events we would like to attend. There is a 2-day event in conjunction with ONES and then an event in June that is 4 days long. The Developer and Testing form event will be in Seoul, South Korea, and other LFN projects will be present.
Releases
- Neon SR3 is done, including managed projects. We are just waiting for Anil Belur to complete the packaging work so the downloads page can be updated. Also Jamo Luhrsenwill reduce the autorelease jobs since it is practically EOL
- Sodium SR2 is scheduled for So we will code freeze a week to prepare a RC
- Magnesium GA middle check point is considered complete at this point... https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/integration/job/integration-distribution-test-magnesium/... We will code freeze by beginning of Feb to release on time
