Health of the community

• Moved to the next week meeting when Robert Varga is around.
• Robert Varga notes the community responses for broken builds are unacceptably slow compared to a while ago. 

Releases

• Sodium SR2 will be code freeze after  Anil Belurtakes care of SFC as a supercommitter (Supercommitters: https://docs.opendaylight.org/en/latest/release-process/super-committers.html plan )
• Magnesium current plan is to be code freeze 03 Feb 2020 but it will be reviewed next week.
