Events Update

• Dates for the ONES has been marked as September 28-29 at JW Marriott (assuming the COVID-19 situation is OK).

Mailing List Migration Status

• Phase 1 of the migration completed (Kernel Projects)
• Phase 2 of the migration scheduled (App Projects - bulk of the projects) 03 Apr 2020.
  • Fairly manual process that will be done by Casey Cain himself - so cooperation & patience is requested. 

Project Wiki Updates

• PTLs need to copy paste the content of the old project wiki from wiki-archive.opendaylight.org to Confluence.
  • Casey Cain has added a template for the projects.
• #agree PTLs will migrate and update all of their project pages to the new wiki by 01 May 2020 
• The Security page needs to be reviewed. KKS will take an initial look at this list.

Infra Issues

• Jamo Luhrsen reported issues with the VexHost
  • Anil Belur following up with Vexhost. Vexxhost seems to be very overloaded with issues.

Magnesium SR Schedule

• Magnesium SR1 -  rescheduled to 04 May 2020  and Sodium SR3 to 28 May 2020 due to the two week delay with Magnesium. Rest of the  release schedule stays the same 

Aluminium

• Aluminum Integrated deadline 13 Apr 2020 stays the same and MDSAL APIs migration can continue as planned. Specific projects plans to migrate will continue and will hopefully be ready by CSIT checkpoint

OpenDaylight Meeting With the LFN SPC

• The LFN SPC would like to have a meeting with the LFN TAC projects and would like to invite members of each project to attend one of the SPC meetings.
  • The meeting is not compulsory for the entire TSC - but you are highly encouraged to attend to discuss any concerns you may have.
  • The SPC meeting is Mondays (alternate weeks), 15:00 to 16:00 UTC 
  • Since the next two meetings are 13 Apr 2020 and 27 Apr 2020, to give members of the TSC & the SPC enough time, Abhijit Kumbhareplans to propose 27 Apr 2020 and convey it to the SPC Chair and the meeting organizer.

Action Items

• Kanagasundaram K will review and take a propose a draft update to the ODL Security Process defined here 16 Apr 2020 
• All Project PTLs need to migrate their Project Pages to the new wiki by 01 May 2020
