Release

• Phosphorus SR3 stable/phosphorus branch unlocked last Tuesday → TransportPCE P SR3 release merged. I'll ask Luis Gomez to release the official distribution
• Sulfur SR1 stable/sulfur branch created for TransporPCE but currently locked.. Anyway, deps are coherent with int/dist and tpce release merge jobs passed
  - >  based on Guillaume Lambert and Robert Varga agree that we are ready so Daniel De La Rosa will pick a #94 as release candidate and ask TSC to approve for release
  
  
• Chlorine. Guillaume Lambert and/or Gilles Thouenon will send a proposal to the release and tsc alias so the team can evaluate it

Filip Čúzy  proposed that we move the OpenDaylight webpage into an open platform.  After a brief discussion, Filip agreed to send a proposal to the mailing list for the community to review and provide feedback.
